We all know that AI can still produce hallucinations, and relying on it completely may lead to inaccuracies in its responses. To address this, a more detailed prompting is necessary and encouraged.
This two-day event was an important learning experience for the SAP tech team, as they were introduced to various scenarios, learned to use their AI tools more effectively, and apply these to their work.
AI is a powerful tool, feed and use them responsibly.
For us the team, that's another gained insight!
